I wish we could take them to consumer court.

Recently I wrote a review on Forbes AquaSure Water filter - I called their customer service a lot of time and the every time I was assured of getting the filter repaired - but its been more than a month and nobody has shown up.

There are others like me who have faced similar situation, I was wondering if there are reviewers who have some expertise on taking this a step further and getting together other reviewers and making a collective case against the company in a consumer court?

This would bolster the confidence of many reviewers and encourage a lot of sufferers to really bring the big corporates to their senses.

I think MouthShut would fulfill its purpose by creating a platform to bring all aggrieved parties together and make this really perfect platform, which will not only forewarn other buyers, but also the reviewers who are suffering at the hands of unscrupulous vendors of products and services.

That would really bring MouthShut.com to be the one and only such platform - and it will also make business sense - because the companies receiving good reviews can increase the adv of their products/services on this site.

The ones that are not good, could in turn try to address the grievances of their customers and be absolved of their wrong doings - and perhaps get some brownie points.

Lets hope someone at MouthShut is reading this.

Cheerios,

Devin
