I have faced biggest cheating and harassmen from Snapdeal! Below is the details.


Your Order No.: 3338160785 Order Placed On: 2014-10-25 17:45:24 I had placed this order on 25th October as this mobile was exclusively available with Snapdeal only. Which got delivered to me on 31st Oct evening. I found that product was totally faulty. It was not getting charged by any means. It was DOA. On the very next morning I complained to Snapdeal for replacement. Slowest service by Snapdeal, my faulty product got picked up and replacement order was placed which got delivered to me on 14th November! i.e 15days! Still I did co-operate. And after I opened the parcel what I found that it was a wrong product! I had ordered HTC Desire516c CDMA phone and I got Micromax Canvas Turbo! How can snapdeal be so irresponsible? Instead of HTC mobile they are sending Micromax mobile. Even I have mailed images of wrong product with the wrong invoice in someone's name. Since last one week I have been daily following up with Snapdeal, I have written plenty of mails, lots of calls. But nobody is responding. Till date this wrong product is not even reverse picked up or not even I have received any call from snapdeal. I am attaching the images of the wrong product with this mail as well. I am also filing a complain in consumer forum, as well as I am going to write in social media about this cheating which Snapdeal is doing with me since last one month.
