Something really wonderful and completely unexpected turned up after I posted on MouthShut about my shopping experience with Jabong.com (mouthshut.com/blog/fcfgsosnmm/Those-who-are-thinking-to-buy-apparels-from-Jabongcom-must-read-this-once). Team Jabong called me up – this time the manager (Adnan) from their customer satisfaction department talked to us. He and his team apologized so genuinely that I could not ignore them. He told me that he has read my blog and after that they have modified the product description for this purple top https://jabong.com/Plain-Purple-Top-88211.html mentioning clearly that “This product consists of a purple top and a braided belt. There is NO black vest along with the top”. .
The best part is that they offered me a voucher of Rs 635 (Price of the purple top Rs 596+Rs 39 (charge for COD) and said I can buy any product I like.
I was unsure of how to use this voucher and mailed them about it and the very next they called me and helped to place the order (#121016461812995).
I bought this Lara Karen top https://jabong.com/Full-Sleeve-Spot-Printed-Neck-Black-Top-137262.html and I am very happy with it this time that Jabong has compensated the loss I had previously. And I must appreciate the way they did it. I received the product today in the morning. And to my surprise there was a nice little card inside the packet, saying sorry. ... :)

Out of the bitter experience earlier I thought not to buy from Jabong. But now I they made me change my mind. :)
