This time its a stupid me and an ineffective Bank mixed tale
I left my ATM card in ICICI ATM in Borivali east .......... that was christmas eve .. kind off forgot it ....as am used to the swipe ATM in my neighbourhood... caution :I will from now Check my wallet for my card before leaving any ATM...please follow this advise.Anyways ..i had cash for a decent christmas ... I blocked my card and was told by the customer service guy that the card will be delivered in 5 days from day it was left. I was truly amazed when I called on Saturday and they informed me that the card was found and disptached and they gave me a parcel number and phone number of the courier company they use. I called all saturday , sunday and no andwer so I presume they dont work weekends( strange but chelaga) then I called on monday morning and I got through the courier company... they gave me another number for my neighbourhood hub.. I called and in an hour got through ...a very pleasent man told me it out with the courier boy and it will be delivered today before 4pm .. its 8pm and they man hasnt arrived , I tried calling them and the number is just ringing ... I cant believe this is happening to me... I feel like US... no money on new years eve ... and the promises made by the bank has still not been fulfilled ..
