Hyundai Poor After Sales Service and Dealership might impact sales of Hyundai Creta SUV

Hi Friends,

With the Hyundai Creta buzz going around, even I am looking forward to buy the "to-be" launched SUV from Hyundai. But what concerns me the most is the extremely poor reviews of Hyundai dealerships and after sales service. All the forums are filled with some or the other story where they have been cheated and Hyundai does not seem to take it seriously.

I currently own a Maruti Wagon R and when I get the car serviced at a Maruti service station, the dealership is extremely cautious regarding the customer feedback to Maruti. One negative feedback escalated to Maruti comes back to dealer and hence the dealerships and service centers are careful before cheating a customer as they know that Maruti would give them back.

In case of Hyundai, what I have read so far online, it seems that Hyundai is in support of dealership rather than the customers. There is not a single Hyundai dealer which has good reviews about it online. I am not sure, why Hyundai has played blind to all the negative reviews about their dealership and why are they not concerned about improving the after sales service.

So when it comes to a buying decision of any Hyundai product, this is one aspect which forces me to think twice before going ahead with it.

Kindly share your views on this. Hope, the response to this thread/blog comes in attention to Hyundai India and they do something about their dealerships.
