Horribly Unprofessional. Avoid buying from Askmebazaar

I bought a Bajaj Water Heater from Askmebazaar. It arrived without an invoice or purchase documents and was non-functional from day one. On lodging a telephonic compalint(Complaint no.QRC6224) I was promised a replacement within 24 hrs. However, till date(which is over one month) no replacement has come and my complaint is supposedly still under process. Frustrated I sent them an email(help@askmebazaar.com) threatening appropriate legal action to which some Venus Appliances from 63, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata delivered me an invoice after three days of the email. It is over one month now that the newly purchased water heater remains dumped non-functional with me perhaps waiting to greet the summer in Kolkata when it will no more be required. My advice to all is please avoid these askmebazaar if you want peace of mind and a hassle-free purchase experience and don't get carried away by their rahulseo for low prices. MOST PROBABLY THEY SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND THEN STRATEGICALLY VANISH.
