Had bought Hitachi R W660END9 GS French Door Refrigerator in June 13 at approx 75K.considering it was best available in Market.i assume its just 5% of folks who buy from this segment hence Quality was definetley selection criteria.
have been struggling to get attention from Hitachi since Mid 2015 as the Plastic has started to crack inside the Ice freezing section. Have already logged complaint multiple times.could remember one recent call number as 16052601746.the guy firstly demanded visiting fees irrespective of this manufacturing defect.later on said that he would put forward a request as he cant do much given its a manufacturing defect.
Pls have a look at the picture.this is what I have got post aishwaryasingh23ing soo much.its getting worst with passing time.
Since that day have been running pillar to post with no solution.its a pity I bought Hitachi.have been recommending friends and family to refrain from such non customer friendly company.
