Hello Friends,
Now a days people are so much busy in there life for getting there bread and butter that they do not have any time for them self for maintaining there physical health which can led to several issues affecting there health. As per our life style we are young till age of 28 or max 30 and by the time the teenagers just play with there body like smoking or drinking or having junk food for there enjoyment. But once you cross 30 friends you start releasing that your body is not flexible strong enough to carry all your day to day activity. So I will just suggest that keep exercising daily and have healthy food for healthy life.
