you all are know present day many people suffering from health problem. because their diet plan are too bad. they eat fast food rather than home made healthy food. leave it I a m telling you here that we eat fresh and healthy food. do daily exercises on by routines and walk daliy atleast 2 km on daily. sleep on time and wakeup early in the morning drink more and more water for feel fresh avoid etc medicine which talk wait loss in 1 st week or instatly all advice fake eat fresh live fresh
