To live happy you have to follow some principles in your life.


I will ask you some questions?


1 DID YOU LIKE YOURSELF?.


2 DID YOU KNOW YOURSELF PERSONALLY?


Its little difficult to say a sudden truthful reply. Know yourselves personally means you actually know your mind. You know your friends needs his character etc. I think we know one thing about food what we like or dislike fruits,vegetables,non veg etc.


My 1st question did you like yourself is did know your mind?. What your mind actually needs?. For that you must keep your mind free . We are busy with thinking of lot of things in our life . Spend sometime with your mind. Saints said that actually soul is our. Soul has no birth or death. I am not going in to that. Meditation helps to achieve this . Sit silently in a calm place. Take a deep breath. Free your mind . First your mind travel to anything around the world slowly call back your mind . Then look in to a point or a picture . slowly you your mind became quiet. Try this for 20 minutes a day. You will not get a sudden result. After some days some positive result will be getting. Remember you will sit in a meditation posture what yogis did. Your backbone will be in a straight position . Otherwise you will fell sleep. It helps to change your life and getting happy .


Principles apply to change your life.


1 Wake up early in the morning before sunrise.




  1. Sit in the bed and do your meditation pray to the god for giving a wonderful morning & visualize the things which you do today before going to sleep




3 Write the things in to a piece of paper .


4 Read/listen/Watch a positive book or message


5 Walk in the soil for sometime and absorb the suns energy and do some physical exercise like yoga etc to warm up body. Do this until you get tired.


6 Drink lot of water everyday


7 Please avoid junk food and fast food


8 Include lots of vegetables and fruits in your food


9 Fasting any one day of a week/month according to your physical condition( lunch /dinner) is good for your health


10 Put tick mark on the paper for the task which you completed that day .


11 Spent more time with family


12 Planning a tour once in a month gives refreshment to your mind.


13 Love your job & try to learn new things from this beautiful world.


14 Be a fan of yourselves


15 Forget the bad things comes in the past


16 Motivate and appreciate yourselves,Friends,Family, Colleagues
