HOW TO FACE RETURN AS A SELLER ON FLIPKART

Dear Friends,


Returning of goods is a bigger problem for every seller, today I am going to clear all of you how to face these problem on Flipkart under drop-ship model as a seller.


there is 2 types of return on Flipkart.




  1. Courier Return




  2. Customer Return






1. COURIER RETURN:- While the order cancel in transit or customer refuse to take the delivery is called Courier return.


In that case no charges deduct by Flipkart.


2. CUSTOMER RETURN:- When customer accept the order once and then return it by mention any reason such as Size, Damage, Quality etc. is called Customer Return.


In that case Flipkart Charged as follows:


Forward Shipping+ Reverse shipping+ 20% of reverse shipping+ collection fee+ Service Tax


Now you can claim for SPF


RETURN TAB -> COMPLETE RETURN -> CUSTOMER RETURN -> SPF CLAIM


Fill all the required details and attach minimum three images as follows


A. Forward Shipping Label


B. Reverse Shipping Label


C. Product Image( Actual)


The SPF Claim should be raise within 14 days from the date of return.


Check your SPF Claim status at Contact Seller Support -> SPF Claim TAB


If Flipkart reject your SPF Claim then make a call to Flipkart and Convert your SPF Claim to Unhappy SPF Claim.( Unhappy SPF Claim can be make only vie phone not on Penal.)


Now you can check your Unhappy SPF Claim on Penal at Contact Seller Support -> SPF Claim TAB


This is the all process.
