I have placed an order with Flipkart with order id OD305121515103341000 on 2nd Feb, received it on 3rd and I have received an empty box without proper packaging. I approached flip-kart email team about the incidence, they take it very casually and said we'll call you back at 5:30, it's been 5 days and no call from the team yet. I am taking proper follow up on email but no response there as well.
Today got an email that your request has been disapproved as courier partner has confirmed that packaging was proper. It's really hurting and shameful that they are behaving like a child.
I even asked to them that resolve the issue else I put it on public platform but no follow. height of unprofessional-ism.
