This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased Sail Sedan Petrol Base model from ARAVALI AUTO, Gurgaon dated 5th of April’15. After duly purchase of the car on 1st servicing dated 25th April’15 I came to know that the car is of 2014 model(unknowingly revealed by service person). During the entre sales process I was not aware that I had been sold 2014 model. In fact after receiving RC its found to be of September 2014 make. The biggest pain is that I registered the complain even at Chevrolet India( Ref No. 41967945), but even after more than 2 months no one from company ever called or bothered to redress the complain. The dealership GM Sales on being contacted initially after this disclosure, blatantly denied to help and even refused to accept the complain application. I request all citizen to be wary to deal with such insensitive, unprofessional and non customer centric firm & its dealership.
