Hi Friends, I am planning to buy a 3BHK apartment near whitefield or sarjapur area. I came across a project called ND Laurel from ND Developers. Before I buy I want to know the feedback on this project from any existing buyers or buyers of their any other project. I would like to know the credibility of this builder in terms of quality of construction, timely delivery, Amenities promised delivery & behavior towards their buyers as a professional.
Here are some of the queries -
1) What is the possession date of ND Laurel committed by the builder?
2) What is the current construction stage?
3) Is it right on time or already delayed?
4) Is this project funded by any bank or builder is self financing this project?
5) Is the project legally clear? I mean titles are clear or not?
6) Is management approachable to hear any of the issues existing buyers may have? I think that is very important.
Please share your feedback and opinion to help me decide. I do not want to invest my hard earned money in a housing project which has no future.
