Dear Sir,
I wish to inform you that the subject order was received by me on 20th Aug 2011 from Safexpress. The product 42 inch LED LCD TV Sr. No. 107PLJK027268 was installed by LG service engineer yesterday i.e. 21st Aug 2011 but after making power on TV could not start i.e. NO VEDIO/AUDIO on screen(screen is not getting light up). The LG service engineer confirmed that there is some technical fault in the same.
As advised by your representative (telecom with Mr. Vikas) I have packed the above mentioned TV, as it was and is kept ready at my residence to take it back.
Kindly arrange to replace the LED LCD TV as per my order very urgently.
It was my first experience of On Line Shopping with LETSBUY.COM, even though the delivery was well in time but the faulty product made our family disappointed.
Request your kind intervention to arrange for the replacement of the same very urgently.
