I wanted to write a review on my experience with Aegon Religare, but found that it is not possible as I need the permission from them. I don't know how this option is not working only with this company.
I bought a Term Plan from them because of low premium cost. However, it turned into a bad experience. I was told that I had to go through a medical for which I got an appointment for 8: 30 in morning, and also I need to be on fasting for the same. The person turned up at 12: 30 with lame excuse that his bike got punctured.
The people who are advertising themselves as E-business leader, started blaming this on their TPA i.e. the guy who had to do the medical.
Hope that the company will improve on fronts other than selling policies on low premiums, which is definitely going to get them more customers, but not good reputation.
