Last week I had been to their layout it is still forming they just given two roads and one tent where they setup office. They are claiming that this layout will get approval from BDA in 3 months. But in reality we found the land is not having DC conversion itself. They said they got the approval for the part of the land from BDA. In reality BDA has given public notice that they have not got any application from the Granity developers or Orange properties. Both are doing big gambling, the land size and the dates differ from each executive to the manager. No one is in sync. They just saying there will be a peripheral ring road very close to the layout but the stones are marked and named by them only. For more information about the BDA approval check the below link
