I have bought a Integra-7 RO water purifier few years ago. Then a I bought a 2 years 2 months AMC with effective start date 13th March 2012( AMC contract receipt no: 20550979, dated 4th Feb 2012 for Rs. 7625/-). On 4th Feb 2012, the service person changed all the five filters and said that there one more change of all filters is left for this AMC.
After the AMC is taken, there have been only two regular services(on 2nd April 2012 and 28th Dec 2012). Under the AMC there is supposed to be 8 free services and only 2 have been done. After Dec’2012 there has been no services and no response to calls.
On 3rd March 2014, I logged a AMC service call under my mobile(9845629963) and there has been no response for several days. After several escalations, I was put to a manager Mr. Achudan. He keep his mobile switched-off most of the time. Then I was put a senior manager Mr. Vivek. Mr. Vivek put me to a Mr. Sandesh
M. Sandesh reported that my AMC servicing with 2nd set of filters has been done during 2013 and it was recorded in the head-office. So, he is unable to help.
One can clearly see a malpractice or scam done by some service person within Eureka Forbes who has taken credit of AMC service without actually serving the customer.
After this scam news by Mr. Sandesh, Mr. Vivek also stopped receiving calls.
So, My AMC Service with Eureka Forbes is at a dead-end.
Is there any senior executive at Eureka Forbes really care?!
