English is a language of england but now everyone speaking english.
Speaking in english in india is the symbol of being Intelligent,
educated, talented. Our native language is Hindi but nobody feel proud
in speaking hindi,everyone is dying to speak english as there is no
honor of the people who speaks hindi, or who don't know english. Today
the meaning of talent has been changed due to english. The people who
are fluent in english can get job in india anywhere in any MNC with
good salary package. You may see thousand of job advertisement showing
or telling you the importance of english.
In india you can get job by just speaking english, no other talent is
required,and in just two years experience you will be able to acheive
the salary same as a manager ranked person, mean a salary what a
Experienced Hindi Speaking manager gets after 10 to 15 year experience
in an indian company, you can get more than that in just two or three
year in speaking english in a Multinational company, beside this
company will provide you perks and facility which a indian company will
never provide.
The require thing is only one and that is you should be fully fluent in
english.Even in indian company you have to face an interview which will
be in english, as indian company are based on forign companies.If you
don't know english than your all experience may be 10 or 12 year is
useless, and getting chance for job have finished for you or you will
get the job ranking same like a peon or a labor.
My question is that if we can get job by just speaking english fluently
than what is the need to do study.In being involve in graduation or MBA
or any other courses, Why to waste 15 or more years of our life in
study if there is no use of that study in our future, in our life.
Actually Our education system is faulty for that. This is based on
england education,Even after studying so much, people are abusing,
quarreling,killing each other as we have get the knowledge for earn
money, not the knowledge of living happy life,i.e diksha (moral
education).
