I had this thought and I was wondering if anyone did a real check on what does a Whirlpool refrigerator consume in reality ? the BEE label shows that most models in the 280 to 310 litres consumes about 1- 2 units of electricity I am told that the practical world is different.Wondering if anyone who has these models - Mastermind 30 (280 litres) or the 310 litre Professional series has done an observation of this or has an approximate idea of how much these consume on a daily basis, assuming normal use of perhaps 20 openings of the door and being moderately loaded..
I would love to go for 310 thinking if my requirements might increase in teh future however since Refrigerator is the only 24 X 7 device thats connected all the time (for an average indian family) I wanted to make sure am not going to repent for the electricity bills :-)
Thanks
Alex
