Water shortage.
No lifts. Two lifts which are operational are dangerous as lot of people get stuck in them due to lack of maintenance of them.
Water stagnation in parking area during rainy season.
Water seepage in apartments during rainy season.
Bad roads.
Incomplete construction. This causes hygiene and security issues.
Few days back, even common area electricity connection was disconnected by Bescom due to non-payment of Bescom bills causing darkness in whole building.
Don't get fooled by big room sizes. One you are in, then you be welcomed in hell.
