Ah! My dream came true. Yes I got married to the person whom I loved for 11 years. Now it’s been two and half year of our married life. I feel so lucky because I have been seeing people searching love for years and they don’t get it. Even if they get it then life time commitment is hard to find in it, which finally turn them up for arrange marriage.
Hmm! I am not against arranged marriage but it’s just like getting married to a person to whom you chose and love. But as we say when it’s right its right. So have all reasons to be happy to spend life with a person who is just there for you and you for him whether its love or arranged marriage. For me all this was just like fairy tale coming true. Just thinking why am I saying so? Well when I was 12 years old too naïve to think about all this. I dreamt to marry a guy who is not Garhwali, who don’t smoke or booze above all it, has to be a love marriage.
So every time when watched love stories then I use to think can it be my love story too? But at the back of the mind still confusions were there as I found it little yucky to say “love you”. So in high school we girls used to share our dreams and with time everyone started getting in love. Well it’s hard to say whether it was true or not, lol at that time. Later, with the time love too changed in many lives. So many guys came and went but by the time we reached our graduation some of us found true love. Guess what even I was one of them. So in precise I can say by the time I was 18 I found my true love too.
The time between 12 to 18 years of my age I just kept thinking what it will be like when I will find my kind of guy? How will I will be able to say that yes this is the perfect one for me? Or how I will differentiate it as crush or love? People say everything is different in love but for me it started with trust.
When I met my love, till now I don’t know how come but I trusted him more than anyone else. I started sharing my emotions, ups and downs with him without knowing that we have fallen in love. Almost waiting patiently for one year finally he proposed to me and I said yes. But till today even after marriage I don’t have any specific reasons to tell why I love him.
At times I do ask him why did he choose me and he has some specific reasons which made me special for him. While even talking to my friends they all have some or the other list of qualities which define their someone special like understanding, caring etc etc. but I am still thinking for the reasons which made him so special in my life.
