One of the main reasons I joined MS was because of my love for writing… Writing gave me so much freedom to express what I wanted most … I could write for hours… letters, poems, songs, stories… boy… It was so much simpler to just pen your thoughts and feelings onto paper rather than say it to someone’s face…
MS was fun… people reading, rating and commenting on your reviews… feels like you’ve won a Pulitzer prize … ( By the way Smita, you should really get to work on your publication… who knows… you might be the next Pulitzer prize winner )
After a while, I kinda stopped visiting MS… don’t know the reason why but I guess I just got busy doing other stuff… My last review was written in April of 2007… one year… wow… Newayz… I was sitting and doing nothing on the net one day when I realized that it’s been such a long time since I saw what was happening on MS… Lo and Behold!!! The front page, the design and some of the other stuff like diary and pictures and gifts were not there when I had initially joined… Well it definitely shows that MS has progressed a lot in one year’s time...
All I can say is that, MS provided me a platform for what I’ve always wanted to do… Write… and I’m happy that so many people are tuning in to MS each day just to see who’s put up a review or a diary post or a new picture… They value our reviews before deciding on a particular thing. MS is not just a consumer opinion forum. It’s a family… I’m happy to be a part of the MS family just like each and every one of you…
