Things to do:
1)stop consuming milk /milk products.
2)stop consuming refined items/products
3)stop consuming packed foods.
4)eat pleant of fruits
5)eat pleantly of vegetables/salad in afternoon and evening.
excersise 30 mins a day
stop eating junk foods,sweets,cold drinks etc
apply these changes in your life style you will be free from this problem called diabetes
