This is regarding my mobile insurance claim that I have purchased from Devendra Telecom in 2014.I have lost my 2 mobiles in Dec-2014(with insurance). I have filed a police complain also for that(have proof for that).
Now my shop from which I purchased mobiles, Devendra Telecom(bangalore) asked me sign a form that said that I am ok with Devendra telecom taking claims on my behalf(they told its the usual process). I have been following-up with them continuously whether the claim payments have been done and they kept on denying that payment pending from Insurance people.
Finally after waiting for one year this year I went to insurance people and checked and they conformed that both claims have been settled last year in May 2015 only(10500 and 5500).
Still when I confirmed this with KAmal Jain the owner he denied this but when I shared with him the payment details from insurance company towards Devendra Telecom for both claims he said that he will pay the pending amount.
It has been now 2 months since I am trying to get the payment but Kamal is delaying it on one reason or other. Some day he will say I'l pay you online, then he sayd come to my office and collect, which I did twice and waited for him for 3-4 hours. Then he told that he is busy and will send someone with cheque to my place. This idiot has been cooking stories now for 2 months but no intention to payback my money.
So people in case you are purchasing anything from Devendra telecom, beware of the after sales-service and their support, which is zero.
