Delhi based Soft Skills Trainer Jaspreet Kaur conducted a training session on 1st March 2024 on the topic 'Preventiona of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at 'Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts' for the staff and students.
She covered the following topics-
Right workplace conduct,
Fostering a safe environment for all team members,
Importance of a culture of mutual respect and open communication,
Spreading awareness about legal frameworks and organizational policies.
The session was attended by around 50 participants.
