“Delhi Public School” The name itself is good enough to mark a statement for a reputed educational institute. But there is one school “Delhi Public School” Jhakri (District - Shimla) which is disgracing this elite nucleus of education. To start with – this school in Nathpa Jhakri in Himachal Pradesh is constructed keeping a contemplation in mind that it is just for the wards of “Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited” employees , a “Government of India” enterprise, to support this thought this school decided to set discrimination among wards of other Government employees, thus a bigotry is set to hike the fees was adopted. School doesn’t have any reason to support there idea. Now if we move inside the School – this school is divided in two areas or rather better to say in three areas. Small kids who need more care and safety are kept in a separate premises around 2 KM from school. A basic amenity which plays a fundamental role in upbringing of a child are missing. Class rooms are small, smelling and very congested in size, which make small kids difficult to move around. More so ever this premises doesn’t have any tree for shade, so small kids are perforce to play or sit out in hot summers. Timings for children of this wing are not considerably appropriate, which adds on to wrath of parents. A big Shame for management and authorities of DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL which has turned intentionally blind, and not determined to take action.
