Crossroads It has been my biggest mistake to buy a door step service voucher for Rs 2499/- from you on Service Voucher 381323, dated 10th Feb 2017. But still not the service has been done.
You have very incompetent staff like Mr Siddharth(Senior Executive crossroads) Mb no 07042656449 who doesn't know how to fulfill commitment.
This guy commit to serve and back out at last moments. I have been duped 4 times in last month and still shamefully he commit for another service.
The height of irresponsibility is such that these guys never confirm or call themselves, I had to make 100s of call in last 1 month.
Pathetic, pl. donot buy anything from crossroads in future! They are real crooks.
