Complaint: HDFC bank (Munirka, Delhi) lost/miplaced by Original set of property documents

I took a Home loan from HDFC bank (Munirka, New Delhi) in 2003, against which I mortgaged my original set of proporty documents. Being a loyal customer, I regularly paid my installments for 7 crucial years and was never a defaulter.


In year 2010, When I visited bank to pay off rest of the amount to save un-necessary amount of interest, I have been paying on the principal amount, it was very shocking for me to know that they have misplaced/lost all my Original set of property documents against which they provided me the loan. On bank's recommendation, we paid rest of the amount, as they assured us that they would resolve it and *HDFC would provide us with the Original documents but they didn't keep their promise and since than I have been chasing the HDFC bank's personnel to get the documents.


In year-2011,HDFC promise/assured us that they would provide us with the Conveyance deed/sale deed as they are unable to trace our documenets, but lingering on the case till now.


Even after my several reminders to HDFC, they failed to provide us with the Conveyance deed/Sale deed as they asked us to pay the pending dues in DDA, against my property. After which I wrote them to provide the details of the amount but there was no response from bank for almost 4 months. I personally visited Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to follow up on our Case. We paid all our pending dues in DDA but for the final Sale deed/Conveyance deed, DDA requires the Original set of documents or requires hude amount of money in absence of these documents.*


Even after arraning/attending the joint meetings with HDFC's top officials and sending regular emails to them, we are still struggling to get a saticfactory solution and still we are standing at point zero where really don't know what is to do be done.


My Husband is a aged paralytic / diabetic patient and had a surgery 10 months ago and we live on the 3rd Floor. Hence, due to his in-convenience, we wanted to shift from this property but in absence of Original set of documnets, we are not getting the property cost as per the market price. Therefore, I am unable to sell of this property as well.


* We are in big trouble and wants someone to help me out and give me a solution for this evergoing issue with HDFC ?????????????????
