I am a communication personnel so obviously I love to follow some of the basic requisites of communication skill. As I think that few words if u always learn to express like - Thanks, Sorry,If I have disturbed you, if so please let me know when I call u back, I am pleased to see u here as the best person I have ever seen, My pleasure,May I halp you honestly. You may be a great help to me. Many a times people who want to gain something from others are found very polite but when someone comes to them to gain, their attitude changes fast,if the desired action from their end, is beyond reach. In this way if they express their inability with firmness, will satisfy the person at his doorstep. Many good people specially young boys feel afraid of talking girls to whom they like to make her as friend. Similar is the restrictions with girls too. But I feel if they are the good communicator and have courage,may be a good friend. I often found many people are bold on internet but wise enough to hide their identity and all the people hide their actual identity. But later on disclose their photo and identity which causes mental frustration to other one in their chatter list.
At work place, it is always advisable to be diligent,honest communicator and receiver too,obedient to follow instructions and sincere enough to lead a team of junior coullegues for yielding results. It is most often found here also that middle management often eats the credit of junior coullegues to get their undue promotions.But when they reach at the higher echelons, fail to proove their ability, which they have stolen from the sincere junior coullegue. It is often said that when these people are kicked out of the organisation,all feel very happy,both juniors and seniors. Means perfection in their work is required and promoting their junior staff, they will always get up on the management team. At home also, person who is in different role must play his role honestly and with out prejudice. They will earn the love,affection, respect and blessings to lead a successful,happy life in this world.
