After coming home, I saw it was faulty.
Immediately, I went back to exchange. They refused to exchange and asked me to go to HP service center as they cannot do anything about it.
So even after aishwaryasingh23ing, the customer has to run about Robotouchndly without any expectation.
Unless some action is taken, such practices flourish everywhere, disrupting every common man's life with mental agony and severe losses.
I look forward for a solution to end such practices in our country.
Anyhow, it is our own country and feel responsible to eradicate such practices.
