I had been in Capsicum (located at Baner Road, opp. to Bharat Petrolium, near Mahabaleshwar Hotel, Pune) as many as 5 times in the last 2 months. Always I went with my family with kids (~6yrs old). So, I think I am eligible to write my experiences about Capsicum.
GOOD:

Vast varieties of food is available.
Both VEG. and NON-VEG items are served.
Except once, all other times I tried VEG items. However, I found both VEG. and NON-VEG items are tasty.
Waiters are courteous and polite.
Non-veg items seem bit too much pricy. If you go for Sea Food, you need to pay big bucks.
Until about 5 months ago (say before Aug-2008 or so), food was not that good...it was too much of spicy and taste was missing. When I visited sometime October or so, I felt the difference in the taste and noticed new waiters..all that. I was told that a new CHEF has been deployed, hence the food taste has been first class.
Kids will also love the food.
A discount of 10%-15% is offered if your bill amount exceeds Rs.350 during weekdays. I think, even in weekends, there is a discount for Rs.500 bill or so. Please check-out the store for details.
Home delivery is also available in Baner Road area and they deliver within a reasnale time-frame.
Non-smoking and non-alcholic place.
Things that can be improved:

- A nice music can be played in the background that can give a relax mood to customers. Sometimes they play it but not all the time.

- Free (open) car parking is available in front of the restaurant. However, as baner road has been widened, you can park your car on the side of the road comfortably without blocking the road.
