Bracketron IPM-228-BL Dashboard Mount - great dashboard mount for mobiles

I bought the holder (Bracketron IPM-228-BL) on a deal from ebay last month. As they claim, its a new technology that it sticks so well to the car dashboard or any hard surface. I was initially inclined to buy a windscreen mount, but from my earlier experiences, even the good branded windscreen holders causes lot of vibration and its not lasting much. So I thought of giving this a try. The dock is small, just the height of a 4 inch screen mobile phone held vertically. The dashboard suction cup sticks really well to the dashboard, Just clean the surface and use the clip to attach the mount to the dashboard. The mobile phone stand, where the mobile device is kept, does have a glue type of circle on its centre, which means the mobile phone stands on two bottom hinges and the top/middle portion of the phone gets glued to the green, sticky circle. Its more than a month I installed this on to my car, Suzuki Wagon R. Recently I have driven a 600+ drive and dock itself never come off from the dashboard even once. However, the mobile phone came off the hook/stand at least 3 times during this drive. Thanks to the uneven roads for that. However I don't feel there is anything to worry as the mount would be an excellent in city driving and small distances. Overall I recommend the device due to its compact size, and feasibility of sticking it to the dashboard.
