I would like to inform all the visitor visiting The Village At Raghulia Mall at Vashi.
I had visited mall on 12.09.12 along with my relatives. Coupons ( 9 nos ) for food were purchased for all the persons. But at last moment one of person could not make it due ill health reason. I have approached the counter for returning of one un- used coupon stating the reasons within 15 minutes time . But counter person has refused.
It is cheating by the Village staff. Though it is mentioned in the bill that coupon once sold will not be taken back but this information is neither displayed any where nor mentioned during purchase of food coupons.
