ordered I ball 3 digit laptop security lock in last week of Feb '12. ordered it from onebazaar.com . stuff was delivered within a week. couldnt figure out how to set the lock key. contacted I ball customer service on live chat. got a call from I ball customer service within 15 minutes. since there was no manual and could not find online instructions about how to use this laptop lock, the cust guy explained it. the problem is with the product. it is not simple to use. and today, it is not even opening up when I set the keys at my preset lock open code. I guess the digital locks are not more handy to use for security.
