The decades old Patel Tours and Travels having offices at most of all towns at Gujarat. They are running the buses in perfect manner particularly in timing but no one cares about the quality of the staff especially the conductors and Drivers. Both these two categories are found together in all incidents during travel.
The Conductors of M/s Patel travels misbehaved with passengers for his own benefits. On 20th October the bus conductor of bus GJ-1-DZ-9808 has misbehaved and shouted for change of seat for a lady( niece) of a politician at Jamnagar. The Travel authorities may please check the authenticity of such travelling of without pre booking. The Seat A booked for ABHISHEK from Rajkot to Jamnagar( Ticket PNR No. 49835929) has been forcefully changed, which is very much insulted and shameful for well reputed Patel Travels.
It is a common nature of drivers and conductors they take passengers en route without any intimation from heir offices. for such benefits they used to harass other poor passenger.
