I recently bought a most important part of our kitchen, i.e. Gas Regulator with Cable on 12th Aug.
On 17th I got an email that material is delivered and after waiting for 5 days and number of calls to Paytm call center I just got responses that it is in transit will get in 48 to 72 hours, I mean is it coming from moon.
Also, there was no promise on delivery time. So my overall experience so pathetic, now, I am going to stop buying anything from Paytm.
They are really don't care about their customers.
