We recently took holidays at Hotel Lake forest,Yeracud - an associate resort from 2nd Nov. to 5th Nov.'2011.We experienced something which is not expected from Club mahindra
The resort rooms were so vulnerable & loose that we were victim of theft,even while sleeping in room. some one opened the loose door of room smartly in rainy night and taken money from purse. (surely some one internal who knows about loose lock & door). The resort management have not checked the rooms before check-in which is basic duty & routine for any normal hotel. The police was called and superficial investigation done but valuable time lost and no internal search or fingerprints or dog squad called and the manager was trying to save his skin and name of resort and in that process we were not provided any legal help for filing FIR. simple complaint at police station was lodged and then after no follow up updates wer conveyed to us. When we complain about all this to feedback department we got no answers but same mail with regret for delay in reply caption came every time when we try to re mail or re complain.
It seems that after about 20 days still they don't found any answer to give us and that is frustrating.
We feel that basic security of room was not adequately provided nor checked before allotting the room & we become victim of such loose attitude of concerned persons which lead to heavy lose of money and permanent fear in our kids who could not slept whole night of last day of our trip spoiling the whole fun of trip and the truma continue as there is no regret or proper reply or response till date from club mahindra and our mails are auto replied or cut and paste replied stereotype of wait for few days.
hope this forum will force them to answer me as I am tired mailing and contacting them otherwise.
