I am resident of Baroda - Gujarat and consumer of BSNL Broadband Rs. 250 p.m (which consist of 1 GB p.m data transfer). I am using BSNL broadband more than two than two years but there is no single month in my this two years that I have not lodge complained for problem regarding connectivity, speed, disconnections, etc. Every month in this two years I have to cat fight with this BSNL people.


Though after repeated reminder no permanent solution is being executed from BSNL side. I remember when I got new connection way back two years ago whenever I try to connect internet it always stay connected for maximum for five minutes and after that it automatically gets disconnected. I represented my whole issue to BSNL people, but they replied that as I have two line connection (one for phone and other for internet ---now this is standard form of using broadband connection from one main line first line goes to phone and second line goes to internet) my internet gets disconnected. Than I talked to superior officer on location basis and made it clear that from main line two line are allowed and I am under no fault and its there own personnel fault. (i.e Discrepancy in service ).


Since few days back my internet gets disconnected after some regular interval of 10 to 15 minutes. So I lodged the complained on 198. Lineman came to my house and told that your dsl line is ok (dsl-digital subscriber line light/line is used for internet, dsl light is a light on modem which should remain stable and if its starts blinking that there is fault in line/ disturbance in line which is the main cause of disconnection of internet.) But I was confident that there is fault in line and asked him to stay for a while and suddenly dsl light started blinking and wiremen to his dilemma started to fumble. He was now showing excuses. Before this dsl line incident he told me that there may be problem in computer too. Moreover why this only wiremen/linemen are coming to my home and not that so called technical people (broadband/engineer people).
