I bought BSA kid Bicycle worth Rs.2500 from Bharat Cycle Company Bharucha Bldg 182/A Princess Street Mumbai-2 Tel 22013735 - 66375902 vide bill no. 8769 dtd.3.6.08. with a guarantee of one year. Just within 15 days the chain of cycle broke. We called them but they feel that we can not take any action against them. They are ignoring us. They r not ready to help us at all.
