BAD Experience with TIKONA broadband

I am currently using TIKONA broadband internet at my residence at Gurgaon. At the time of connection they promised me to give unlimited service @ speed of 4 MBPS @ Rs. 999/monthly. I started using this service from Mid of MAY 2014. But from the first week it started troubling me, I never got promised speed and connection and got disconnected several times in a day. I registered complaints about this issue several times from the first month of the connection. Every time I only got fake promises. I normally use internet for varied purposes and work online, which requires uninterrupted connection. Due to this inconvenience, I was unable to continue my online work which led me to loss of few hundred thousands. To continue my work, I was forced to go to Cyber cafes and use slow speed dongles from other providers for which I had spent additional money despite have a 4 MBPS connection paid for. Now I am planning to discontinue the Internet service from TIKONA and have already informed TIKONA customer care on the 5th August 2014 that I'll not pay any further bills to TIKONA if they are unwilling to resolve my issue. I formally registered more complains regarding the inefficiency on the part of TIKONA to provide me the services as promised. They promised me to waive of my 60 days bills for not providing me proper service, this infact shows they except their flaw in providing me the promised service. My new bill is generated and does not show any such waiver. I called up the call center and they are promising me to adjust the amount in the next bill, which is one more fake promise. They had also charged me Rs.500 at the time of installation. At the time of installation I noticed the connection issue but their installation engineer told me that the problem will be fixed within few hours. But the problem is still not fixed after 3 Months. It means they knew that the service will not work properly in my place, but to only increase their sale count they have cheated me. Which has cost me a lot because of my suffered work and mental harassment from my clients for not updating them timely. Kindly help me in this case.
