Dear friends, be cautious when you are trying to buy Usha international products. because I felt it.
I purchased a usha genset for domestic application last year.but in operation it throws mobile-oil from every point where it is possible. when I tried to contact to the customer care it was not working. when I asked to the seller for this problem he sent a local mistry for repairing. but I refused it because when I purchased the standard product, I am authorize to avail the service from the company end. now the seller give me again the customer care number to talk them, I talked to the customer care, and they said again to me that the service will be provided by the seller locally. when asked them that I purchased the company product than why are you not providing the service itself, they helplessly give me the number of the company office to talk to them. I think that when customer care is so irresponsible to customer satisfaction than what about company .
so please beware about USHA products.
