I had a horrible experience with you. I recently placed an order to sell my HTC ONE M8 eye(barely 4 months old) having INR 14000+ on their website. But they replied back saying that it is just 8400 INR as it is more than a year old. After taking 3-4 days of inspection, that's the level of quality check you people do? I mean seriously? I even attached the invoice copy on your website and also have send a hard copy along with the courier.
When I called your customer care, they told me that it is because of "Spot on the Screen" and again when I mailed them, they replied with new issue " USB not working". Woahh! I must say your team is quite innovative.
I seriously doubt the authenticity of your company. Even if I post any reviews on your Facebook Page, they are deleted by you which completely shows the FALSE picture you are projecting in front of the potential customers.
I would request people not to sell their phones on this website which call itself a recycling company and doing the fraud business. Thank you for such a horrible experience. I hope that my comment won't be deleted by you. You people should change the tagline. It should be #CustomerKoMaaroGoli #Fraud
