Asiatravel's poor service in Singapore

I should have learned my lesson. It was May 2014 when I had the airport transfer service of Asiatravel in Singapore. It took me and my son an exhausting waiting time of 3 hours before the bus arrived to bring us to the hotel. I left the desk of AsiaTravel insisting on the staff that they should pick us up at 6 pm in the hotel for our early departure flight check in. The Singaporean staff made a record of my request.


We bought tours for 2 days at AsiaTravel. The first day tour was Legoland Malaysia. The second day tour was Universal Studios, it took me and my son 2 hours and 30 minutes to wait for the AsiaTravel service to bring us to the theme park  It was a total waste of time because after the driver pick us up, we also went to different hotels wherein other tourists seemed disappointed for their late pick up. Can you imagine that my son and I woke up very early in the morning to excitingly go to Universal Studios but due to the late pick up and slow driver, we arrive at Sentosa at 12 noon! The long queue to different rides and shows did not make us to enjoy all due to lack of time because we were pick up at 6 PM.


On our last day at the hotel, the hotel receptionist and I kept calling AsiaTravel, asking why they keep us waiting for 2 hours already when our scheduled pick up for departure is 6 pm. In short, Asiatravel picked me and my son at 8:30 pm. It was frustrating! When we arrived at CebuPacific check inn baggage, the good seats were taken and we had no choice but to accept the uncomfortable tail end seats.
