Hi,
Since six months I have been trying to loss weight, I am 32M, 168cm height and 78 Kgs. I was trying hard to loss at least five kgs.this is horrible for me and wonder.I have been doing this since six months very strictly.
Stopped totally -six month back.
No Sugar
No Tea/Coffe
No Alchohol
No oily food( even no outside food since so many years)
can count on my fingers eating pizzass.in my past.
Diet:
Lemon+honey tea in the empty stomach in the early morning
sometimes tried with Wheat grass as well.
Morning break fast- Idly/Upma/chapatis as per the availability.but no outside food and oily food.
3 chapatis in the lunch
at 4pm fruit juice/any fruit.
evening one green tea.
Dinner 2 chapatis.or if feel hungry 1 more.
Workout;
Treadmill: 15-20 mnts
Cross exchange: 15 mnts
cycling: 10mnts
and some other exercises wich inclues abdomen.
Till now hardly lost 1 kg.since six months.got deppressed.don't know whats the issue.
