We took Airtel DTH connection a year back. We experience frequent video disturbances. Suddenly an error code will be flashed and there will be no video coverage.
Umpteen number of times we had complained to airtel. It is very sad that airtel has absolutely no idea how to fix the problem. Whenever their technicians come they have told us that we can't fix this problem because it is maintained by TRIAX! Every time they advise to close the complaint and lodge a fresh complaint informing that it is TRIAX problem. The same story repeats again and again.
I got the number of TRIAX service technician and he inspected the dish and told us that some spare part has to be changed. Post that he literally disappeared. He refuses to take calls and gives vague excuses for not coming. The last one being on the landline when they call I had told them that there is no one at home!
Feel cheated by Airtel! Bought Airtel brand not TRIAX brand! Why should we suffer whilst paying rentals!
