My cousin has bought a flat in Horamavu . I am writing review onbehalf of him. According to him, Aesthetic construction has missed all deadlines commited to their buyers. According to deal documents, first phase was suppose to get over by Sept 2012 but as of today it looks very far from completion. Already Project is 6 Month behind the schedule and doesn’t look completing soon. Every time we met the Director of Aesthetic construction , he gave false commitment. Aesthetic construction giving all rubbish reasons for delay in the project. Also Aesthetic construction Management is rude & negligent. We (buyer) are surprise to hear harsh statements from a senior person in Aesthetic construction. I suggested my cousin to take legal action and approach consumer court for misbehavior and not delivering in time. Aesthetic construction Management is not putting efforts in the project. Aesthetic has recently agreed to give possesion by end of April’13. But seeing the current state of the project, It is far far away from completion. We checked with few other buyers of Aesthetic construction, buyers are not really happy with the progress and quality. All commited deadlines are missed. My cousin told me, Aesthetic Management is very RUDE. There is no one in Aesthetic construction who listen to their buyers. We hardly see any people working at the site. Also not sure if Aesthetic construction has got all required NOCs from Safety departments. I would suggest to go for some ready to occupy property. I would also suggest not to buy any property from unethical builder.
