I have purchased a trademill from Sachdeva Sports in Hyderabad last year. It was 2HP motor and entry level trademill costing me about 19,000. While purchasing the same, company made a tall claims of one year warranty, quality after sales service and blah blah blah. After purchase, I have found the machine not worth the money, its performance was not good and the machine use to get hot after 25 minutes. Even the belt used to get stuck and even after servicing the problem persisted. For paid service Aerofit charges about 650 and in this they will just apply oil which might cost them Rs20 and will complete the service within 10 minutes. Now after one month of the servicing the machine stopped suddenly and the company is again asking for 650 rs just to visit home and check the problem. When I requested to first come and check the problem and then depending on the requirement I will pay, but in vein, they are so rude as they know that we have no where to go now, I think they earn much more in service than selling machines. Their spares such as motor costs about 9000 (about 50%) of the machine cost, they are cheating all the customers and do not have professional attitude. I sincerely request you all not to purchase Aerofit Products or you will be trapped like me. Regards
