I have a mobile connection and the service provider is AIRCEL. Whenever I am using a prepaid services(all my connections are prepaid only) some unwanted calls are coming for example: avail the services of astrology/bedtime stories/health tips on a daily basis and this was enabled in the automated IVRCS services, one day I was in the travelling in the peak hour and a call came and I hurriedly picked up the call inspite of heavy crowded bus then the service of bedtime stories offer came through IVRS and I got irritated and I wanted to cut off the call but unfortunately due to heavy crowd and instead of turning off the mobile inadvertantly a number was touched and immediately a ivrs call came stating that thank you. And I thought that the call got cut off. After getting down from the bus when I made a call and after the call the balance shown that made me annoyed i.e. a sum of Rs.30 was deducted. When I spoken with the customer care service provider they informed that I have activated the service of BEDTIME STORIES PACKAGE and for which Rs.30 was deducted immediately. Then I argued with the company representative and requested to unsubscribe the facility and wanted to refund the amount but they said no. Ok I left the matter blaming to my fate. But after a week I made a call and to discontinue the facility then they said it is not immediately possible I have to wait for 48 hours. This made me more annoyed the service of choice is coming to force to immediately and the service is not activating even though I personally making a complaint to the company representative and for which I have to wait for 2 days what is this ya
THIS IS HIGHLY CHEATING ATTITUDE OF THE MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDERS.
IF A SUBSCRIBER IS REALLY INDENTED TO HAVE THE SERVICE LET HIM CALL FOR HIS OWN.
SO PLEASE DONT DO THIS. IF A COMMON ILLITERATE WHO ARE NOT AWARE MEANS WHAT HE CAN DO.
