I recently booked 200 ltr cute model. Even after a month they didn't deliver the system. I decided to cancel and cancelled the order. Its been 20days they have not returned the booking amount. I wasted around 200 calls made to company people but they are least bothered to refund the amount.
Friends firstly this product is not reliable as comapred to other since others are offering 58 mm tubes that incrases the heating efficiency and these people offer 48 mm tubes. There after sales service are very bad. They are not established well through out karnataka as others like supreme,orb,kamal,venus do.
In fact the company people are behaving like gundas. I warned I would move to court if they dont refund the booking amount. Mr Ananth kumar regional head said you cannot do anything. Such are people in this company that is located in peenya bangalore. They are not customer friendly and take undue advantage once you give the booking amount. They take customer for ride. I talked to George Kutty GM of the company and have expressed my concern and he promised to resolve but notbody has got back till now ( 2 month past).
Friends there are other brands with good after sale service available in market. I waster my precious time and money for around 2 months. But they are least bothered to return booking amount. They have cheated me. I do not know how to recover my booking amount now and have to take legal help.
help yourselves - dont go with ANU SOLAR.
